If something is not working, or you need a hand with your account, write to us at support.belovd@gmail.com. We aim to reply within two business days.

If you cannot get into your account

Belovd does not have a reset link in the app yet. Email us from the address you signed up with and we will help you back in.

If you want to delete your account

Open My account from the person icon on the Today screen, then choose Delete account. It is immediate and permanent, and it erases everything held for you, including anything you posted in the community. You do not need to write to us, and you do not need to give a reason.

If you saw something in the community

Open the menu on a post, or press and hold a comment, and choose Report. Reporting hides it from you straight away, and reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. You can also block a member from the same place, which hides them from you everywhere in Belovd and does not tell them. Full detail is in the Community Guidelines.

If a report needs a person rather than a tap, or you are appealing a moderation decision, write to support.belovd@gmail.com.

If you are wondering what we can see

What you write in a check in never leaves your phone. Our servers only ever learn the dates you showed up, and nothing about what you said. There are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. The Privacy Policy sets out every piece of information we hold and why.

If you need more than an app

Belovd is a companion for your walk with God. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and it is not a crisis service. If you are at risk of harming yourself, or you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline.

Belovd is for women 18 and over.
